Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Adpixo, operated by Hardik Sharma, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India ("Adpixo", "we", "us"). They apply when you use the Adpixo mobile app, the Adpixo TV app and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. If you use the Services for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Tell us right away at adpixosupport@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. The Services

Adpixo lets you upload media, create ads and playlists, and play them on Android TV displays paired with your account. We may add, change or remove features at any time. We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Displays need an internet connection to receive updates.

4. Your content

• You keep ownership of the images, videos, text and other content you upload or create ("Your Content").
• You give Adpixo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, convert and display Your Content only to provide the Services to you.
• You are solely responsible for Your Content and for what is shown on your displays. You confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it complies with all applicable laws, including advertising standards and consumer-protection laws.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use the Services to upload, create or display content that:

• is illegal, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, hateful, threatening or harassing;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• is misleading or deceptive advertising, or promotes prohibited goods or services;
• contains malware or harmful code.

You also must not try to break, reverse-engineer, overload or get unauthorised access to the Services, or use them to send spam. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. AI-assisted features

Some features may use artificial intelligence to help create ads. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review all generated content before you display it. You are responsible for content you choose to use.

7. Plans, payments and credits

The Services are currently free to use. We plan to introduce paid plans, subscriptions and AI credits. When we do:

• prices, features and limits will be shown in the app before you buy;
• payments will be processed through Google Play or another payment provider, under that provider's terms;
• subscriptions will renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your Google Play account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period;
• refunds will follow Google Play's refund policy and applicable law;
• credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

We will give you notice before any feature you are using becomes paid.

8. Our intellectual property

The apps, the Adpixo name, logo and design, and all related software belong to Adpixo. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the apps as allowed by these Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time (see adpixo.in/delete-account). We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. Where reasonable, we will notify you first.

10. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your business needs or that displays will always play content without interruption.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Adpixo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you have paid nothing.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Adpixo for claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from Your Content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date. If the changes are significant, we will notify you in the app or by email. If you keep using the Services after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
