Delete your Adpixo account
Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the Adpixo app and sign in.
- Tap Account in the bottom menu.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Tick "I understand my account and all its data will be deleted for good", enter your password, and tap Delete my account.
Deletion starts right away and usually finishes within a few minutes. Keep the app open until it's done.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you can't use the app, email us from the address you signed up with:
Use the subject "Delete my Adpixo account" and include your registered email address. To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm the request. We will complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account (email and password)
- Your profile and business details (name, phone number, business name, address and other details)
- All images and videos you uploaded, including thumbnails
- All your ads and playlists
- All your paired displays. Each TV is unpaired and returns to its pairing screen.
- Usage counters and other records linked to your account
What we keep, and for how long
- A minimal deletion record (your account ID and the deletion date, with no personal content) is kept for a short period so the deletion completes safely.
- Copies may remain in Google Cloud backups and system logs for a limited time before being overwritten automatically.
- Anonymous analytics and crash data, which isn't linked to your name or email, is deleted according to Google Firebase's retention settings.
- Records we must keep by law, such as payment records once paid plans exist, are kept only for the period the law requires.
Delete only some data
You don't have to delete your whole account. In the app you can delete individual media, playlists and displays at any time.
